How much does it cost to join?

Pricing is listed below. There is a minimum 3-month commitment to join with a discount offered when you pay upfront for a quarter.

BFG Members
Monthly Invoicing – $199/month
Quarterly Invoicing – $507/quarter – *save 15% when choosing this option*

Non-Members
Monthly Invoicing – $299/month
Quarterly Invoicing – $807/quarter – *save 10% when choosing this option*

How often and when do you meet?

Our monthly meeting will be on the third Thursday of each month, from 8:30 – 11:30 am.

Do I have to join at the beginning of a quarter?

No, we have ongoing, rolling enrollment, meaning you can join at any time. We simply require a 3-month commitment for consistency and to get the most out of the group.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To maintain consistency in the Conscious Constellations community, we ask all members to commit to active participation.

Payment Structure

  • Membership requires a 3-month consecutive commitment* (meetings held once per month) 
  • Payments may be made through:
    • 3-month upfront payment for a discount
    • Monthly invoices
  • After completing a 3-month commitment, members will be asked to renew for another 3 months.

Attendance Flexibility 

We understand life happens. Members may miss a session due to illness, travel, personal reasons, or extenuating circumstances.

  • We ask members to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to miss a session.
  • Prepaid members: Members may apply one missed session per prepaid 3-month period as a credit toward their next prepaid 3-month renewal. 
  • Monthly payment members: Members may make up a total of one missed session per consecutive 3-month period; the makeup session must occur the month following the end of their originally scheduled 3 months.
    • For example, if the member falls ill the day before the second session of their 3-month period (and notifies the facilitator with 24 hours’ notice), they will be able to attend a session in “month 4” or the month after their 3-month session ends, without incurring an additional monthly invoice.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is permitted after completing your initial consecutive 3-month commitment period. To cancel your membership, please provide 15 days’ written notice to the facilitator and copy info@businessforgoodsd.org

Purpose of Policy

This policy is designed to support a consistent and engaged peer group environment. Your consistency not only benefits your growth but also respects the time and energy of your fellow members.

*A 3-month period is defined as 3 consecutive months throughout the policy terms.
