Median home price in San Diego is $535,000 – the pace growing faster than LA & SF in the last year. Anyone else worried about what this means for small businesses?

The region’s home prices have risen 8.2% in a year, said the S&P Case-Shiller Indices. Only Seattle and Las Vegas had bigger increases in the 20-city index.
