A large company like SDG&E can afford to stall the process and play the waiting game. Even when the numbers don’t add up.

San Diego Gas & Electric has said the city doesn’t have to abandon the electrical company to go all green — but it wants it to make a decision before Mayor Kevin Faulconer leaves office.
